Pima County voters overwhelmingly approved the RTA Next transportation plan, with Proposition 418 passing by a 61-39 margin and Proposition 419 passing by a 59-41 margin. The $2.67 billion package, which extends a half-cent sales tax through 2046, will fund road and transit projects over the next 20 years.
