Shaquenton Orr, a 32-year-old with a history of felonies, is accused of murdering M C Oden in Mesa. The crime occurred on March 17th when Orr shot Oden through a window, killing him. Orr was caught on surveillance driving a gray Dodge Durango to and from the scene. His phone and a matching gun were found at his residence. Orr is now facing first-degree murder charges, being a prohibited possessor, and probation violations, with a bond set at one million dollars.
