Show Notes

I’m outside with the birds from the very start of this episode.

I choose another book at random and read from Caroline Myss’s Anatomy of the Spirit. She writes about enduring dark nights of the soul and seeing the light at the end of them; this light illuminates the way forward.

Death, grieving and transformation come up in this episode. Caroline says we need faith, prayer and spiritual guides who know the nature of the journey. I talk about my struggles with God, church and prayer.

I praise my paper teachers, like Myss, who taught me to find and plug energy drains… to uncover and heal my issues.

Before I go in for my lemon water, I focus on conjuring feelings of freedom, feelings of ease, and feelings of excitement for what’s coming next.
