In Episode 5 I gave examples of how to get the world out of the church as well as different areas where it can creep into our lives. I encouraged you to examine your life and ask God to come into whatever area of your life where the world reigns. This is the special features episode for episode 6a&b. The two songs are Crucified with Christ by Philips, Craig and Dean and then the 2nd song is a great hymn called Because He Lives and is sung by Guy Penrod. I will do an episode later about what kind of worship music we should avoid because of theological issues etc. I originally had a different song in this episode, but took it out because it fails to mention the name of Jesus. I feel if you can put anyone's name into a song then we shouldn't be worshipping God with it. Our worship should be unique and to Him only and Jesus is the name above every name. The 2nd song is Sinner Saved by Grace, written by Bill & Gloria Gaither. It's sung by The Cathedrals at their farewell tour in May of 1999 at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville.
