  • A recent poll shows that younger generations of Americans have less patriotism than their elders. Half of Americans age 14 to 37 believe the United States is sexist and racist—nearly half say that “America is more racist than other countries.” One in 5 Millennials believes the American flag is “a sign of intolerance and hatred.” What happens when a people has such a toxic view of itself?
  • One episode of America’s history when it had pride in its power was its relationship with the Philippines. We’ll hear a report by staff member Gino Chi showing the benefits the Filipinos received from that relationship.
