Armed with names and addresses from the state’s sex offender registry, he hunted down two men, Joseph Gray and William Elliott, in a series of calculated attacks. What compelled this seemingly ordinary young man to cross borders and commit such violent crimes? In this episode, we explore the events leading up to the murders, the controversy surrounding public registries, and the unsettling questions left in the wake of his actions.
