On May 12, 2003, Martha Puebla was brutally shot on the curb beside her home in Sunny Valley, California in an effort to stop her from testifying in a murder trial. Juan Catalan, the brother of one of the defendants in the original murder, was promptly arrested and charged with Martha’s murder. But was he really involved?
