Dylann Roof Full Police Interrogation

Dylann Roof Full Police Interrogation Dylann Roof's full interrogation refers to the police interview conducted after his arrest for the horrific 2015 mass shooting at Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Charleston, South Carolina. This shooting, which claimed the lives of nine African American worshippers during a Bible study session, was racially motivated and deeply shocking to the nation. Here are key details and insights from Roof’s interrogation:1. Arrest and Context Location of Arrest: Roof was apprehended in Shelby, North Carolina, a day after the shooting, following a nationwide manhunt. Calm Demeanor: Notably, Roof appeared emotionless and calm during both his arrest and subsequent interrogation. 2. Initial Questions and Cooperation Roof cooperated with law enforcement and waived his Miranda rights, agreeing to speak with investigators. He openly admitted to the crime and provided details about his planning and motivations. 3. Stated Motive Roof explicitly said that the attack was racially motivated, claiming he wanted to start a "race war." He confessed that he specifically targeted Emanuel AME Church because of its historic significance in the African American community. 4. Lack of Remorse Roof showed no remorse during the interrogation. He calmly explained his actions and reasoning, which was deeply rooted in white supremacist ideology. His matter-of-fact demeanor during these admissions made the interrogation particularly chilling. 5. Planning the Attack Roof described how he researched online for targets, specifically looking for locations where he could cause maximum impact on African Americans. He admitted to using a .45-caliber Glock pistol he purchased legally, despite having a criminal record that should have prevented the sale (due to a failure in the federal background check system). 6. Racist Ideology Roof's statements were filled with racist rhetoric, echoing the white supremacist manifesto he had posted online before the attack. He referenced skewed historical views, misinformation about race, and extremist propaganda that influenced his worldview. 7. Details of the Shooting Roof described the sequence of events during the attack, including how he attended the Bible study for nearly an hour before opening fire. He claimed he almost abandoned his plan because the church members were so welcoming and kind but ultimately carried out the massacre. 8. Emotional Detachment Throughout the interrogation, Roof displayed a complete lack of empathy for his victims, referring to them in dehumanizing terms. Investigators noted that his lack of emotion was striking and unsettling. 9. Evidence Corroboration Roof’s statements during the interrogation matched evidence collected from the scene, including the firearm, shell casings, and eyewitness accounts. His manifesto and online activity further solidified the racial hatred driving his actions. 10. Outcome and Trial The interrogation played a significant role in Roof's trial, showcasing his premeditation and lack of remorse. In 2017, Roof was sentenced to death after being convicted of 33 federal hate crime charges. He represented himself during the penalty phase, further emphasizing his extremist beliefs. Here are common types of cases and real-life examples that might lead a detective to leave the profession:1. Cases Involving Children Many former detectives cite cases involving harm to children as the most heartbreaking and unbearable. Example: A detective quit after investigating a case where a child was fatally harmed by a trusted family member. The details haunted them for years. 2. Serial Killers and Unrelenting Evil Investigating individuals who show no remorse for taking multiple lives can deeply affect detectives. Example: A detective working on a case involving a serial killer who targeted vulnerable people decided they could no longer face such darkness daily. 3. Unsolved Cases The frustration of leaving a case unsolved, especially when the victim’s family is desperate for answers, can take a heavy toll. Example: A detective quit after working on a case where a parent committed a crime against their own child, stating they couldn’t separate the case from their own family life. 8. Feeling Overwhelmed by Injustice Detectives sometimes feel like their efforts don’t make a difference, especially when perpetrators escape justice due to legal loopholes. Example: A detective left after a case where a suspect avoided conviction due to technicalities, despite overwhelming evidence. 9. Burnout from Constant Exposure The cumulative effect of seeing humanity at its worst can lead to emotional burnout. Example: After decades of working homicide, a detective realized they had become numb to violence and left to protect their mental health. 10. Personal Connections to the Case A case that hits too close to home can be the tipping point. Jerome Corsi: A conspiracy theorist and former InfoWars contributor, involved in the Mueller investigation over his ties to WikiLeaks. Larry Klayman: Lawyer and founder of Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch, representing Corsi in this defamation lawsuit. The Allegations: Stone allegedly defamed Corsi and Klayman by making public statements accusing them of being liars, frauds, and incompetent, which they argue harmed their reputations. Key Highlights from Part 1 of the Deposition Opening Statements and Ground Rules: The deposition begins with attorneys from both sides setting the tone, reviewing procedural rules, and ensuring that Stone understands the gravity of providing truthful testimony under oath. The Monica Lewinsky Tapes #4

The Monica Lewinsky Tapes #4 The Monica Lewinsky Tapes are a collection of secret audio recordings made by Linda Tripp, who was a close confidante of Monica Lewinsky during the time she was involved in a sexual relationship with then-President Bill Clinton. The tapes played a pivotal role in the 1998 Clinton-Lewinsky scandal and the subsequent impeachment of Clinton. Here's a breakdown of key details:Background: Linda Tripp worked at the Pentagon and became friends with Monica Lewinsky, who was an intern at the White House during Clinton's presidency. Tripp began recording their private conversations without Lewinsky’s knowledge, believing that Lewinsky’s relationship with Clinton could be an important story, especially given Clinton's legal troubles in the Paula Jones sexual harassment case. The tapes were made between 1997 and 1998 when Lewinsky confided in Tripp about her affair with Clinton, sharing intimate details about their interactions. Content of the Tapes: Lewinsky’s Confessions: Lewinsky openly discussed her physical relationship with Clinton, detailing sexual encounters in the Oval Office, as well as her feelings about the affair and her interactions with the president. She also shared her confusion and emotional turmoil, as Clinton had asked her to keep the affair secret. The Affair's Dynamics: Lewinsky mentioned how Clinton allegedly promised to help her with her career and how she felt manipulated by him in certain ways, yet she remained emotionally attached. She also spoke about attempts to keep the affair quiet and some of the lengths she went to conceal it. Tripp’s Role: Tripp, on the other hand, often played the role of the "adviser" in the tapes, guiding Lewinsky to think about the legal implications of the affair, and urging her to pursue the truth, despite Lewinsky’s hesitations. Tripp would later provide the tapes to independent counsel Ken Starr, who was investigating Clinton’s actions in the Paula Jones case. Key Revelations: Lewinsky’s Admission of Sexual Acts: The tapes were crucial in documenting Lewinsky’s admission of specific sexual acts that took place between her and Clinton. This was one of the major points of evidence in the investigation of whether Clinton had lied under oath in his deposition for the Paula Jones case. The "Blue Dress": The tapes revealed Lewinsky’s account of how she had saved a blue dress that was stained with Clinton’s semen. This dress later became a key piece of forensic evidence that confirmed the affair and Clinton’s involvement. Tripp’s Betrayal: The tapes highlighted how Tripp, despite being a friend to Lewinsky, acted in a way that some viewed as a betrayal by recording their conversations and later turning them over to authorities. Tripp herself was criticized for her actions, and the tapes contributed to the media and public's perception of her as an opportunist. Impact of the Tapes: Impeachment Inquiry: The tapes, along with other evidence, played a central role in the investigation led by Ken Starr. They provided corroboration of Lewinsky's testimony that Clinton had lied about the affair and had obstructed justice. Public Reaction: The tapes were released to the public and became a major media sensation in 1999. They not only played a significant role in the investigation but also influenced the public’s perception of both Clinton and Lewinsky. Clinton’s Impeachment: The tapes contributed to Clinton being impeached by the House of Representatives on charges of perjury and obstruction of justice in December 1998. However, he was acquitted by the Senate in February 1999 and remained in office. Cultural and Legal Legacy: Lewinsky’s Reexamination: Over time, Monica Lewinsky has become a more sympathetic figure, especially after she became an advocate for issues like cyberbullying and the #MeToo movement. Her portrayal in the media has shifted from that of a "home-wrecker" to that of a young woman who was manipulated by a powerful figure. Power Dynamics and Misogyny: The scandal sparked broader discussions about the power dynamics between politicians and young women, as well as the public shaming of women involved in high-profile sexual scandals. Tripp's Role in the Scandal: Linda Tripp’s actions remain controversial, as many see her as a whistleblower while others view her as someone who violated a close friendship and betrayed Lewinsky for personal gain. Release of the Tapes: In 1999, after the tapes were turned over to Starr's office, they were released to the public, sparking a media frenzy. Some of the tapes were transcribed, and the audio recordings became widely circulated. The tapes remain one of the most talked-about aspects of the Clinton-Lewinsky scandal, which had long-lasting effects on Clinton’s presidency and the way such scandals are handled in the media and the political realm. The Monica Lewinsky Tapes refer to a series of recorded conversations between Monica Lewinsky and Linda Tripp during the 1990s. Tripp, a former Pentagon

Friends And Relatives Of Killers, What's Your Story?

Friends And Relatives Of Killers, What's Your Story? Friends and relatives of killers often have deeply emotional and complex stories, as they grapple with the shock, betrayal, and stigma of being connected to someone who committed heinous acts. Here are a few recurring themes and real-life accounts shared by those in such positions:1. The Shock of DiscoveryMany loved ones had no idea about the criminal behavior until the person was caught. Friends and family often describe the disbelief they felt upon learning someone they knew so intimately was capable of such violence. Example: Family members of Dennis Rader (BTK Killer) were blindsided when he was arrested. His daughter later shared how she struggled to reconcile the loving father she knew with the brutal killer he was. 2. Red Flags in HindsightSome people describe moments or behaviors they now view as warning signs, though they didn’t recognize them as such at the time. Example: Friends of Jeffrey Dahmer noted his strange behavior, such as his fascination with dead animals, but brushed it off as eccentricity. 3. Coping with StigmaRelatives often face intense public scrutiny and judgment, as others associate them with the killer’s actions. Example: The family of Ted Bundy, especially his longtime girlfriend Elizabeth Kloepfer, struggled with guilt and public backlash after he was revealed as a serial killer. 4. Feelings of Guilt and ResponsibilityFriends and family often question whether they missed signs or could have prevented the crimes. Example: The brother of Kip Kinkel (a school shooter) expressed deep regret, wondering if he could have done something to stop Kip from acting on his violent thoughts. 5. Strained or Destroyed RelationshipsThe revelation often leads to broken relationships within families and friendships. Trust is shattered, and some relatives feel forced to cut ties. Example: The sister of Edmund Kemper, the “Co-Ed Killer,” later said she felt immense betrayal and fear, as she realized how close she was to danger. 6. Advocacy and RedemptionSome relatives try to make something positive from their pain by raising awareness, advocating for victims, or discussing mental health issues. Example: Sue Klebold, the mother of Dylan Klebold (Columbine shooter), wrote a book and became an advocate for mental health awareness, sharing her experience to prevent similar tragedies. 7. Remaining in DenialOn the other hand, some friends and family refuse to believe the killer’s guilt, even in the face of overwhelming evidence. Example: The mother of Luka Magnotta initially defended him, claiming he was framed, though she later came to terms with his crimes. 8. The Psychological TollBeing associated with a killer can lead to long-term trauma, depression, and social isolation. Relatives sometimes feel like victims themselves, caught between love for the person they knew and horror at what they’ve done. 9. Loyalty vs. AccountabilitySome relatives maintain a complicated loyalty to the killer, especially if they believe the person was mentally ill, manipulated, or a victim of circumstances. Others take steps to distance themselves, feeling it’s the only way to heal. These stories reveal the human side of infamous crimes, showing how the ripples of one person’s actions extend far beyond the victims and directly impact those closest to the perpetrator Friends, relatives, killers, personal stories, family of killers, friends of criminals, shocking revelations, criminal behavior, unexpected discovery, hidden crimes, coping with stigma, family trauma, denial, betrayal, psychological impact, murderers, relationships, close connection, true crime, survivor stories, social fallout, legal involvement, emotional aftermath, red flags, hidden secrets, family dynamics, support network, public reaction, coping mechanisms.

The Monica Lewinsky Tapes #1 The Monica Lewinsky Tapes are a collection of secret audio recordings made by Linda Tripp, who was a close confidante of Monica Lewinsky during the time she was involved in a sexual relationship with then-President Bill Clinton. The tapes played a pivotal role in the 1998 Clinton-Lewinsky scandal and the subsequent impeachment of Clinton. Here's a breakdown of key details: Background: Linda Tripp worked at the Pentagon and became friends with Monica Lewinsky, who was an intern at the White House during Clinton's presidency. \ Cultural and Legal Legacy: Lewinsky’s Reexamination: Over time, Monica Lewinsky has become a more sympathetic figure, especially after she became an advocate for issues like cyberbullying and the #MeToo movement. Tripp, a former Penta

Radicalized Teen Inspired By ISIS Murdered 13-Year-Old Boy | Corey Johnson Full FBI Interrogation

Radicalized Teen Inspired By ISIS Murdered 13-Year-Old Boy | Corey Johnson Full FBI Interrogation The young Florida man charged with murdering a 13-year-old boy at a sleepover party was found guilty on all charges. Corey Johnson was 17 when he fatally stabbed Jovanni Sierra at a March 12, 2018 sleepover in the city of Palm Beach Gardens. In addition to first-degree murder, jurors also found him guilty of two counts of attempted first-degree murder for stabbing then-13-year-old Dane Bancroft and the boy’s mother Elaine Simon. Respectively, the victims were stabbed 32 and a dozen times. Johnson had been at guest of Bancroft’s 15-year-old brother at the home in the BallenIsles Country Club gated community. Palm Beach Gardens police have said that Johnson, who was 17 at the time of the incident, told them he was Muslim and that according to him, this played into the stabbings. He said that Sierra was idolizing celebrities and mentioning them as gods, which went against Islam, and that he believed Bancroft “made fun of” his Muslim faith. His family told cops that dictators such as Adolf Hitler and Joseph Stalin fascinated Johnson, police said. He recently began learning the Quran.

The True Story of Pablo Escobar As Told By DEA Agent Steve Murphy

The True Story of Pablo Escobar As Told By DEA Agent Steve Murphy Colombian drug lord Pablo Escobar’s brutal Medellín Cartel was responsible for trafficking tons of cocaine to North America and Europe in the 1980s and ’90s. The nation became a warzone as his sicarios mercilessly murdered thousands of people―competitors, police, and civilians―to ensure he remained Colombia’s reigning kingpin. With billions in personal income, Pablo Escobar bought off politicians and lawmen, and became a hero to poorer communities by building houses and sports centers. He was nearly untouchable despite the efforts of the Colombian National Police to bring him to justice. But Escobar was also one of America’s most wanted, and the Drug Enforcement Administration was determined to see him pay for his crimes. Agents Steve Murphy and Javier F. Peña were assigned to the Bloque de Búsqueda, the joint Colombian-U.S. taskforce created to end Escobar’s reign of terror. For eighteen months, between July 1992 and December 1993, Steve and Javier lived and worked beside Colombian authorities, finding themselves in the crosshairs of sicarios targeting them for the $300,000 bounty Escobar placed on each of their heads. Undeterred, they risked the dangers, relentlessly and ruthlessly separating the drug lord from his resources and allies, and tearing apart his empire, leaving him underground and on the run from enemies on both sides of the law. Manhunters presents Steve and Javier’s history in law enforcement from their rigorous physical training and their early DEA assignments in Miami and Austin to the Escobar mission in Medellin, Colombia―living far from home and serving as frontline soldiers in the never ending war on drugs that continues to devastate America. true crime, true crime stories, true crime stories podcast, true crime podcast, police interrogations,911 calls,911,true crime daily, serial killer documentary, serial killer documentary 2022,true crime documentary, true crime documentary real stories, true crime podcast 2022,true crime daily full episodes,True Crime Stories Podcast 2025

Nurse's Aide Charged W/ Sex Crimes Involving Memory Care Patients | FULL Police Interrogation

Nurse's Aide Charged W/ Sex Crimes Involving Memory Care Patients | FULL Police Interrogation A former nurse's aide who pleaded guilty to sex crimes involving memory care patients was sentenced to three years in prison on Tuesday. Godbless Uwadiegwu, 59, of Middletown, pleaded guilty to two counts of gross sexual imposition. He sexually assaulted two women at two different facilities in Warren County. Judge Don Oda sentenced Uwadiegwu to the maximum prison sentence, 18 months on each conviction for a total of three years. Victims and their families didn't attend the sentencing hearing due to airline and COVID-19 issues, but a livestream was available for them to watch it remotely. In addition, victim advocate Erika Bourelle read letters on behalf of the victims and their families. One letter was written by one of the victims herself. "Some people may not remember, but I do. This happened on his first day in my building. I needed assistance after using the restroom and he came in to help me wipe," she wrote. The victim described how Uwadiegwu sexually assaulted her. "I said, 'Hey, what are you doing?' And he was very shocked and said, 'Oh, I'm sorry. That was an accident,'" the victim wrote. "He takes advantage of people who can't defend themselves, and I think he needs to go to prison for as long as possible." Bourelle read another letter written by the second victim's son. His mother suffers from Alzheimer's and dementia "It is obvious what a sad, pathetic person you are. What kind of monster preys on defenseless women?" he wrote. "Thanks to this terrible disease, there is less and less of my mother, but she has moments of clarity, times when mom is back. Her eyes are clear and she is exactly how I remember her. We live for those moments. Unfortunately, when it comes to the sexual assault, my mother remembers." He said Uwadiegwu used to bring his mother gifts and candy to gain her trust. Instead, he betrayed it. "My mother doesn't remember much these days, but she remembers you and what you do did. So, she is left with shame and fear. That is the impact on my mother," he wrote. On Tuesday, Uwadiegwu spoke for the first time publicly. He didn't admit to any wrongdoing. He said he was just doing his job. "I have been a missionary. I lived in a church, and I have been working to help people in this field," Uwadiegwu said. "As a caregiver, I put empathy in my work in helping people." Uwadiegwu said the job of a caregiver is a very serious job and sometimes he had to clean patients. "I really apologize if there was any way to think I have done anything I shouldn't do," Uwadiegwu said. "It never came across my mind at any time. Please believe me." Uwadiegwu faces similar charges in Butler County.

RACIST, ANGRY, VIOLENT Police Interrogation of Wife Killer Clifford Burns

RACIST, ANGRY, VIOLENT Police Interrogation of Wife Killer Clifford Burns WARNING: AUDIO CONTAINS EXTREMELY GRAPHIC, AS WELL AS RACIST, LANGUAGE AND DESCRIPTIONS. SOME VIEWERS MAY FIND THIS MATERIAL DISTURBING AND UNSUITABLE FOR CHILDREN. Warren County Sheriff's deputies question Clifford Burns on the night he is alleged to have fatally stabbed his wife, Patricia Burns. As Patricia Burns heaved her ham out of the freezer, she was looking forward to a quiet Christmas. It was December 22, 2013, and Patricia, 42, was spending the festive season at home with her daughters, Megan, 22, Harley, 16, and Autumn, 14. The family had been through so much. Patricia’s marriage to Clifford Burns, who was dad to Harley and Autumn, had been rocky. The couple met when Patricia was working at a Dunkin’ Donuts drive-through. Clifford had pulled up and decided there was something he fancied more than a doughnut. So he asked Patricia for her number. At first he’d seemed like a great catch – he had his own business, was a keen fisherman, and doted on Megan, her little sister Christalin and brother, Nick. But after their ’97 wedding, Clifford became violent. His traumatic past was often cited as the reason behind his abuse – he’d witnessed his father’s violence towards his mother. So Patricia gave him the benefit of the doubt, taking him back time and time again. Together they had their two girls, Harley and Autumn. She moved into a new apartment with the kids and began working as a nurse at a hospice, and also got a five-year restraining order against Clifford. Patricia began another relationship. But this new man also had a temper and was slapped with a restraining order after assaulting her, firing a gun into the ceiling and then having a standoff with police. Now, all Patricia wanted was a peaceful Christmas. Autumn texted her dad to wish him Merry Christmas, even though he’d not been in touch for eight months. His reply, which came as Patricia was defrosting the ham, was chilling. I have a special gift coming soon, something for everyone to talk about, and it will be hand-delivered on foot, not by car, it read. Autumn interpreted the message as a threat. Harley and Megan agreed, so they showed the text to their mum. 'Is he going to come here and kill us?' ‘Is he going to come here and kill us?’ Megan asked. But Patricia wasn’t concerned. ‘No Megan, he’s mean, he’s evil, but he’s not that evil,’ she said. Despite her mum’s lack of concern, Autumn tapped back a reply. Get it together, I know what you think you want to do, and believe me that won’t end well, she wrote in the message. The only reason you feel so bad is because of what happened between your parents. Christmas Eve Two days later, on Christmas Eve, Harley went to do some last-minute shopping. Patricia, Megan and Autumn remained at home, preparing Christmas dinner in the kitchen. This time, Patricia was preparing a turkey. Then there was a knock at the door. On the other side of it was a masked man in army fatigues. He was carrying a large hunting knife. The man grabbed Patricia and held her against the wall. Then he plunged the knife into her stomach. 'Megan ran over, grabbing the man and pulling his mask off.' Megan ran over, grabbing the man and pulling his mask off. It was Clifford. ‘Call the cops!’ Megan screamed to Autumn, who was frozen in terror. Clifford continued to stab their mum, before turning the knife on Megan, slashing her arm. Patricia, bleeding profusely, pleaded with her ex to stop. As Autumn called an ambulance, Megan ran out of the house, but her stepdad followed her. Approaching her, he ran off when diners at a restaurant nearby came out. Paramedics arrived, rushing them to the hospital – but Patricia didn’t make it.

Serial Killer Michael Gargiulo (Hollywood Ripper) Documentary - Ashton Kutcher Girlfriend

Serial Killer Michael Gargiulo (Hollywood Ripper) Documentary - Ashton Kutcher Girlfriend Serial Killer Michael Gargiulo Hollywood Ripper Documentary Ashton Kutcher Girlfriend Michael Thomas Gargiulo (born February 15, 1976)[1] is a convicted American serial killer[3] and rapist. He moved to Southern California in the 1990s and gained the nickname The Hollywood Ripper. He was convicted of two counts of first-degree murder and sentenced to death on July 16, 2021 Description of crimes Gargiulo is a native of Glenview, Illinois, where he may have stabbed his neighbor, 18-year-old Tricia Pacaccio, to death on her backdoor step. Her body was found by her father the next morning on August 14, 1993.[5][6] Gargiulo moved to Los Angeles in 1998, allegedly to escape the scrutiny of police in Illinois,[7] and committed two murders and an attempted murder in Southern California between 2001 and 2008. On February 21, 2001, he stabbed 22-year-old Ashley Ellerin 47 times to death in her home in Hollywood. Ellerin's injuries included a neck wound that nearly severed her head, and deep punctures to the chest, stomach, and back. Some of her wounds were up to six inches deep.[8] According to detective Tom Small, one stab wound "actually penetrated the skull and took out a chunk of skull like a puzzle piece."[8] On the night she was murdered, Ellerin had planned a date including dinner and drinks with actor Ashton Kutcher.[9] On December 1, 2005, Gargiulo stabbed 32-year-old Maria Bruno, his neighbor, to death at her home in El Monte, California.[10] She was stabbed 17 times.[8] Gargiulo attempted to murder another neighbor, 26-year-old Michelle Murphy, in her home in Santa Monica on April 28, 2008.[11] She fought off the attack, and blood matching Gargiulo's DNA was found at the scene.[12] Arrest and prosecution Gargiulo was arrested by the Santa Monica Police Department on June 6, 2008. On July 7, 2011, the Cook County State's Attorney charged Gargiulo with the first-degree murder of Tricia Pacaccio.[13] Although Gargiulo was charged in the two California murders as well as the Pacaccio murder in Illinois, police did not link him to any other murders.[5] Gargiulo allegedly told authorities in the Los Angeles County Jail that just because 10 women were killed — and his DNA was present — does not mean he murdered anyone, leading investigators to believe that there are more victims.[5] Media in Los Angeles dubbed Gargiulo the "Hollywood Ripper" as well as the "Chiller Killer."[13][14] Gargiulo was held at Los Angeles County Jail while awaiting a capital murder trial.[15] A pre-trial hearing was held on June 9, 2017, in Los Angeles Superior Court with his trial scheduled to begin in October 2017.[16] After delays, his trial began on May 2, 2019.[9][17] In May 2019, actor Ashton Kutcher testified about the crimes Serial Killer Michael Gargiulo Hollywood Ripper Documentary Ashton Kutcher Girlfriend True Crime Podcast 2025 Police Interrogations, 911 Calls True Police Stories Podcast

ANNOYING 20-Year-Old Girl Becomes Uncooperative After DWI Arrest a MUST listen! Around 1:42 AM on November 5, 2021, officers from the Vernon Township Police Department were dispatched to the site of a possible disturbance on Steamboat Drive. When Police arrived, they noticed 20-year-old Gabriella Colon sitting in a locked 2011 BMW. Her boyfriend informed Patrolman Adam Kraus that Gabriella had been drinking, while she defied the officers’ instructions and threatened to drive away. Patrolman Mangano and Patrolman Rembish also arrived on scene. As a result of her behavior, officers had to threaten to break the window of her vehicle before she finally exited the BMW. While they suspected that Gabriella was intoxicated, they declined to perform field sobriety test because of possible safety concerns. Based on her uncooperative behavior and standard indicators of impairment, Gabriella was arrested for driving under the influence. She was transported to Vernon Township Police HQ, where she continued to act belligerent and uncooperative. She had to be physically restrained and she even attempted to game the breathalyzer test repeatedly. After Gabriella was processed and fingerprinted at police HQ, she was released to her boyfriend after he signed the Potential Liability Warning form on her behalf. She was issued the following summonses: Operating under the influence, reckless driving, refusal to submit to chemical test, and obstructing the administration of law.

The Full Interrogation Of Michael Brett Kelly Without Commentary

The Full Interrogation Of Michael Brett Kelly Without Commentary In 2012, 18-year-old Brett Kelly of Macon, Georgia, was dating 38-year-old Tracy Jones. When Tracy hatched the plan to steal big bucks from the real-estate law firm she was employed at, she enlisted Kelly’s assistance, along with that of his 23-year-old step-sister Courtney’s. It was Kelly who brought 23-year-old Dozier on board as well. Their plan was to wire transfer the funds from the firm’s escrow account to their own and then split the spoils four-ways. Tracy was a junior employee at the firm and thus, did not have the access to wire transfer funds without authorization from the upper management. This was not the same case with Gail Spencer, who had been with the firm for over 10 years and was the person in charge of handling wire transfers. Tracy needed to make the transfer through Gail’s access and she needed Gail to not be at work. That’s where Kelly and Dozier entered the scene. On the morning of October 5, 2012, Tracy knocked on Gail’s door and made up an excuse to use her bathroom. 58-year-old Gail trusted the co-worker she saw every day in the office and let her in. In turn, Tracy let in Kelly and Dozier who were there to hold Gail hostage in her home while Tracy went to the office to wire transfer the money. Kelly was brandishing a pistol, once they were inside Gail’s home, and threatened Gail at gunpoint. According to his statement, Dozier had no idea that Kelly had brought a gun with him. The plan had been to let Gail go after the money had been successfully transferred. But at some point, Kelly raped and sodomized Gail and then killed her by suffocating her with a plastic trash bag. All the while, Dozier had been keeping watch in the next room, and according to his own statement, he had also tried to stop Kelly from murdering Gail. They both fled the scene later in the day. The police found Gail dead in her home the next day when concerned neighbors called 911. A total amount of $1.4 million was stolen in five different transactions by Tracy. The first three transfers were to Courtney’s bank accounts and Courtney decided to run away with all of the approximately $800,000. Four days later, Tracy did another two transfers, bringing the total amount of stolen funds to $1.4 million. Within a week of the crime, all four criminals – Tracy, Courtney, Brett, and Dozier – were caught by the police, thanks to a timely tip-off. They were both charged with multiple counts of aggravated assault, felony murder, malice murder, theft by taking, burglary, and false imprisonment. Only Brett Kelly was also charged with aggravated sodomy. While Kelly accepted his charges and pleaded guilty, earning a life sentence in prison without the possibility of parole, Dozier pleaded not guilty and went to trial in 2015. Dozier was also found guilty on all charges by the jury and was sentenced to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole also. In June 2019, Dozier appealed the court’s decision but his appeal was reviewed and denied by the Supreme Court of Georgia. They both are still incarcerated in Georgia State Prison, where they will spend the rest of their lives. Tracy and Courtney got life imprisonment too, but Courtney has the possibility of parole.

Police Sergeant Doubled as Serial Rapist | Jeffrey Pelo FULL Police Interrogation

Police Sergeant Doubled as Serial Rapist | Jeffrey Pelo FULL Police Interrogation Jeff Pelo was a 17 year veteran of the Bloomington Police Department but he was more than that. He turned out to be a serial rapist, he broke into and terrorized 3 different women in Bloomington. He stalked them, checked their records, ran their plates to know where they were and finally to each of them broke into their house, bound them with duct tape, covered their heads with a pillow case and raped them. Afterwards he would make them bathe and clean up the house, including getting rid of the sheets. He knew how to cover his tracks because of all of his training as a police officer. One night his third victim's dog was barking like crazy and because she had had a feeling she was being followed weeks before she didn't hesitate to call the police. Another officer arrived finding Jeff Pelo outside this woman's house. The officer was shocked and concerned at the sight of this brother in arms but did the proper thing and took him in. After being interrogated for a couple of hours and Jeff repeating his innocence they decided to do a voice matching. Jeff was told to read off of a script that included things that the attacker of the women had said but it wasn't the only thing the women recognized, it was his piercing blue eyes. One look at those and they knew. Jeff was tried and found guilty of 35 counts of rape and stalking. He received one of the top sentences in Bloomington history of 440 years. He is now where he belongs.

Raging Cannibal: the True Story of Serial Killer Ottis Toole AKA The Cannibal Kid

Raging Cannibal: the True Story of Serial Killer Ottis Toole AKA The Cannibal Kid Ottis Toole, born at the bottom of the gene pool, retarded and illiterate, had been out of control since early childhood. A severely drug-dependent individual as well as an arsonist, murderer, rapist, and cannibal, he was unsafe under any conditions outside of a secure prison, and perhaps unsafe there. To him, life itself was so unmeaning, and the distinction between living and dead people so blurred, that killing another human being was no more than swatting an annoying fly. Between 1976 and 1982, together with his serial killer buddy, Henry Lee Lucas, Ottis Toole was reported to have committed over three hundred murders. However, the discrediting of the case against his partner in crime, Henry Lee Lucas, for crimes in which Toole had offered collaborating statements created doubts as to whether either was a genuine serial killer or, both merely compliant interviewees who police used to clear unsolved murders from the books. Now, in RAGING CANNIBAL, a screenplay for film by author Brian lee Tucker, offers up a totally new glimpse into the life of Ottis Toole, one never shown before, the eyewitness accounts, personal testimony, and never-before-uncovered evidence providing an in depth loom into one of the most notorious serial killers that ever lived, who was dubbed the nick name, ‘the cannibal kid.’
