To stand out, Pepsi introduced "Pepsi Points" and said that if you earned 7 million of the, Pepsi would give you a Harrier Jet--one of the most advanced military jets of the time. They assumed nobody would be able to do it. But, of course, they were wrong. What ensued was a David and Goliath story for the ages.
