The Pacific Northwest region of the United States was the stomping grounds for some of the most infamous serial killers in history. He would pick them up, usually under the pretense of sex for money, then take the majority of his victims to secluded areas, where he would bind, torture, rape and murder his victims usually with a knife, leaving the bodies in a forest outside Molalla, Oregon.
