Today we welcomed in Dan Stidham, the Defense Attorney for Jesse Misskelley Jr. Mr. Stidham represented Jesse for many years and at some points was assisting Jason Baldwin as well. He has since gone on to become a highly respected Judge in Arkansas. While he is not a fan of the Alford plea, he remains one of the key figures in this case that helped the West Memphis 3 to finally get released from prison after serving 18 years. Kyle Byrtus ////// 753 Part 1 of 1 www.TrueCrimeGarage.com On August 15th, 2013 a body was discovered by an electrical worker in a developing area called Lehigh Acres. Later it was learned that this was the body of 25 year old Kyle Byrtus. The victim had been tied and killed. The Lee County Sheriff’s Office just caught another homicide case. Kyle’s case remains unsolved to this day. The case appears to not have gone “cold” as detectives are still chasing a few leads. There was a lot of criminal activity in this area at the time. Kane Coronado ////// 746 Part 1 of 1 www.TrueCrimeGarage.comOn Tuesday, November 1, 2022 eighteen year old Kane Coronado was shot while riding his bike in Wyoming, Michigan. This attack happened in broad daylight. Sadly Kane did not survive. With the help of eyewitnesses, Wyoming Police have released a description of the suspect and the suspect’s vehicle and now police need your help. The suspect is described as a white male, around the age of 30 with a medium build and a brown or gray scruffy beard. The suspect was seen driving toward Market Avenue and then toward I-196 in a grey sedan, possibly a model between the years of 2000 and 2005. The vehicle could be similar to the body style of a 2005 Chevy Cavalier. Sheldon Johnson ////// 745Part 1 of 1 www.TrueCrimeGarage.com From jail, to anti-violence leader, to busted in torso slay - that was the headline from the Daily News earlier this month. 44 year old Collin Small was shot and killed in his sixth floor apartment in the Bronx on March 7th, 2024. Police discovered Small’s dismembered torso in a blue bin and later found other parts in a freezer. When police arrived at the apartment, they found Sheldon Johnson junior inside Small’s apartment. Sheldon Johnson junior has been charged with the murder of Collin Small. Sharif Rahman ////// 728Part 1 of 1 www.TrueCrimeGarage.comOn a Thursday night in August of 2023 business owner and pillar of the community Sharif Rahman was attacked outside of his Owen Sound, Ontario restaurant. Sadly, Sharif did not survive. Since that night, police have been asking the public to help them to identify three men and a vehicle all linked to the murder. Delphi Murders: Leaks & Deception /// Part 2 /// 727 Part 2 of 2 www.TrueCrimeGarage.comOn Monday, February 13th, 2017 @ 2:07PM, 14 year old Liberty German posted a picture of her best friend 13 year old Abigail Williams to snap chat. The photo of Abigail shows the youngster walking across the Monon High Bridge located in a rural part of Carroll County, Indiana. The two girls were not heard from again after that. Sadly the next day, the girls bodies were found about a half mile or so away from the bridge. It was quickly ruled a double homicide and the search for the killer or killers started in Carroll County and then spread across the nation. On October 31st 2022, the Indiana State Police announced that local Carrol County, Indiana resident Richard Allen had been charged with two counts of murder in the case. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges of murder. The twists and turns continue in this case. There’s been questions of the suspect’s sanity and safety, the introduction of a cult ritualistic murders theory, suspected corruption within Indiana’s correctional facilities, and leaked murder scene photographs.
