On the night of January 8, 1993, two armed assailants entered a Brown's Chicken restaurant in Palatine, Illinois, just before closing time and proceeded to brutally murder seven employees, all for less than $2000. There seemed to be many issues with the investigation and a lot of finger pointing at who was to blame, while the murderers remained at large.
