Dr. Shlosberg has a PhD in Criminal Justice, and along with teaching several courses in the field she co-hosts both Women & Crime and the Direct Appeal podcast. In this episode, Bob and Amy discuss the murder of LaVena Johnson. LaVena was a soldier in the US Army, and was deployed in Iraq on June 19, 2005. Army investigators ruled her death a suicide, but a quick look at the evidence proves that her death was most certainly not self-inflicted.
