Everybody wants peace, but what kind of peace? The path to peace is complex and on this podcast we break down what Jesus means when he calls us to be peacemakers. We ask questions like what is real peace? What’s the cost of peace? What’s the difference between a peacemaker and a peacekeeper? And what does it mean to be a child of God? We compare the beatitudes to Jesus' statement that he has come not to bring peace, but to bring the sword. Ultimately, the call to follow Jesus is a call to stay weird in a world where we won’t really fit but where we will still find peace.
