A conversation about poverty, justice, reconciliation, and what Jesus says to us about it all. What is Jesus asking us to do right now and how is it related to being poor in spirit? On this podcast we talk about what the Kingdom of God is really like and who gets to be part of it. We begin unpacking the beatitudes by discovering the meaning of “poor in spirit” and how that really includes all of us. When life makes us feel poor, Jesus says that we are blessed and calls us to participate in his upside down kingdom.
