God's authority is seen in His offer of eternal life through His Son, Jesus Christ. Here are three demonstrations of His authority in the story of the first Christmas.
1. God demonstrates His authority in fulfilled prophecy. (Luke 2:1-5, Micah 5:2)
2. God demonstrates His authority through humble means. (Luke 2:6-7)
3. God demonstrates His authority by declaring His intentions. (Luke 2:8-15)
