Every believer can be confident that the Holy Spirit is a Helper in their everyday life by recognizing three actions.
1. The Holy Spirit Teaches (John 16:12-15, 2 Peter 1:21)
* Our Need: Truth & Guidance
* His Help: Inspired the Word of God
2. The Holy Spirit Prays (Romans 8:26-27)
* Our Need: Strength in Weakness
* His Help: Intercedes on our behalf
3. The Holy Spirit Sanctifies (Galatians 5:17, Romans 8:13, 2 Corinthians 3:18)
* Our Need: Resisting the desires of the Flesh
* His Help: Transforming believers into Christlikeness
The Holy Spirit is not a passive bystander but an active advocate for every believer!
