When Patricia met Frank DeLuca, a much older, married man with ties to drugs and organized crime, their twisted romance spiraled into a shared fantasy of freedom—one that could only be achieved through murder. In May 1976, Patricia’s parents and younger brother were slaughtered in their home. The scene was so grotesque that seasoned investigators were left shaken.
