We all want revival to be a reality but are we ready for the reality of a revival? The church is worth suffering for, serving under, and standing with.

Intentionally integrate your heart, mind, and body to the way of Jesus. • Heart – You are what you love. • Mind – What you think does more than you think. • Body – What you do shapes what you love. LOVING GOD – GOD TIME AND GATHER TIME God Time Silence + Solitude Fasting Sabbath Prayer Gather Time Worship Service Giving Communion LOVING OTHERS – GROUP TIME AND GO TIME Group Time Fellowship Bible Study Confession Conflict Resolution Go Time Hospitality Evangelism Peace Making Disciple Making Commit to Daily and Weekly, Feasting and Releasing Practices Daily Feasting Practice: Daily Releasing Practice: Weekly Feasting Practice: Weekly Releasing Practice: 5 Lessons Learned About The Practices of Jesus Trying to behave like Jesus leads to death. Training to become like Jesus leads to life. The practices are not removal to get approval. They are making space for God’s grace. Grace isn’t anti-practice. Grace is anti-performance. Our practices have the power to forecast our future. Dwelling on God’s love for me keeps the practices from drudgery.

It is a blessing to feel the gravity of your own total depravity. Ephesians 2:1-5 - We are depraved, deformed, deceived, and disintegrated through the world, the devil, and the flesh.

In this workshop, we talk about the four chapters of the gospel: God and Creation Man and the Fall Jesus and Redemption Response and Restoration At the end, we talk about what happens when we have a partial gospel.

Ephesians 1:15-23 In a society that is constantly spinning the narrative, it is imperative that the church shifts the narrative. Mainly, concerning our hope, our dignity, and our power.

Unless our love is shaped by the Trinity, it will not become our chief identity. Ephesians 1:3-14 Our identity is shaped by: 1) being loved by the Father, 2) becoming love in the Son, 3) doing love through the Spirit.

4 goals that deaden souls: 1. Holiness 2. Service 3. Wholeness 4. Enlightenment Our Primary Goal is Love (Matthew 22:34-40) “Love is the essence of our relationship with God and its goal. From a biblical perspective, a loving relationship with God produces the fruits of holiness, service, and wholeness.” Ashbrook First Half of the Christian Life: We pursue a life of love by leaning into our longings. Stage One – Awakening [Eph. 2:1-10; 1 Cor. 3:1-3] Redeemed from a pointless life to a purpose in life. “God, I believe in you!” Stage Two – Purgation [Gal. 5:16-25; Eph. 6:10-18] Releasing disordered desires to feast on deeper desires. “God, I belong to you!” “God doesn’t hate sin because he’s anti-pleasure. He invented pleasure. He hates sin because it promises so much and offers so little.” John Ortberg “We often blame God or ourselves, when much of the turmoil in our heads is caused by the devil’s harassment.” Ashbrook Second Half of the Christian Life: We pursue a life of love by leaning into our limitations. Stage Three – Illumination [Eph. 4:1-3; Phil. 2:12-16] Redeemed from an impressive life to an empowering life. “God, I’m working for you!” Dark Night of the Soul [Psalm 51; Habakkuk] A wall that works through your wounds and wickedness. “God, where are you?” “We underestimate the depth of our dependence on this world, our distrust of God’s goodness, and the brokenness of our human nature. One of our biggest problems in these Not-So-United States is our identity. In this message, I look at Ephesians 1 to establish the foundation of our identity in Christ. It is truly the only identity that can be simultaneously humble and confident. Ephesians 1:1-4

You will be reckless and restless if you adopt the wrong prospectus. Analyzing Acts 19:1-20, we see Paul's plan to establish a Jesus loving church in Ephesus. It has so much relevance for our society today. 1. We must make personal the presence of Jesus. 2. We must make personal the practices of Jesus. 3. We must take personal the passion of Jesus.
