Scripture: John 1:1-14
What does it mean to wait well — to slow down, notice God’s presence, and make room for Christ to shine in the midst of a busy world? This Sunday, we begin The Lights of the Season, our Advent sermon series, with The Yellow Lights of Advent from John 1:1–14. Like a caution light that causes us to pause, Advent invites us to breathe, reflect, and prepare our hearts for the coming of Jesus, the Light of the World.
