As we prepare for Jess to visit their non-nesting partner and George to visit Cousin Vinnie and the Surgeon for metoidioplasty follow-up, children needed to be managed and plans needed to be made for their management. While this is always the case when we both leave town at once, this week we had a number of unexpected changes and challenges.
