The War Between Your Ears, Lesson 6: Big God Small Devil

“Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it.” Colossians 2:15 Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need. Ephesians 1:15-23 5 that even though we were dead because of our sins, he gave us life when he raised Christ from the dead. (It is only by God’s grace that you have been saved!) 6 For he raised us from the dead along with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms because we are united with Christ Jesus. Colossians 1:13-14 NIV Three Responsibilities: #1. Don’t Give The Devil A Foothold In Your Life. “Nor give place to the devil.” Ephesians 4:27 …casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. 9 Resist him, steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world. 1 Peter 5:7-9 #2. Stay Submitted and Yielded To God. Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. 8 Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. James 4:7-8 #3. Never Forget, You Have Authority Over The Devil! He Is Under Your Feet! And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons. Mark 16:17 And the God of peace will crush Satan under your feet shortly. Romans 16:20 Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Luke 10:19
