Luke 1:30-35 “I sank beneath the waves, and the waters closed over me. Seaweed wrapped itself around my head.” Jonah 2:5 NLT 1. Sometimes When You’re Receiving A Miracle, All You Know Is That Seaweed Is Wrapped Around Your Head. “We aren’t illegitimate children!” John 8:41 NLT 2. When God Performs Miracles, He Doesn’t Always Consider Our Comfort. And it came to pass in those days, that there went out a decree from Caesar Augustus that all the world should be taxed. 2 (And this taxing was first made when Cyrenius was governor of Syria.) 3 And all went to be taxed, every one into his own city. 4 And Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judaea, unto the city of David, which is called Bethlehem; (because he was of the house and lineage of David:) 5 To be taxed with Mary his espoused wife, being great with child. 6 And so it was, that, while they were there, the days were accomplished that she should be delivered. 7 And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn. God Can Use Life’s Ordinary Circumstances To Effect Miracles. ““But you, Bethlehem… though you are small among the clans of Judah, out of you will come for me One who will be ruler over Israel, whose origins are from of old, from ancient times.” Micah 5:2 NIV 4. You Can Trust God To Fulfill Your Tomorrows. “…those who refuse to obey the Good News of our Lord Jesus. 9 They will be punished with eternal destruction, forever separated from the Lord and from his glorious power. 2 Thessalonians 1:7b-9 NLT 15 And anyone whose name was not found recorded in the Book of Life was thrown into the lake of fire. Revelation 20:15 NLT 8 “But cowards, unbelievers, the corrupt, murderers, the immoral, those who practice witchcraft, idol worshipers, and all liars—their fate is in the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death.” Revelation 21:8 NLT
