About the Speaker

Douglas Guilherme is Vice President Supply Chain, International Markets Strategic Planning and Logistics for Ecolab, with the challenge of doubling the business in the coming five years while creating the culture and capability of the next decade. Before joining Ecolab, Douglas spent almost three years with Avon, five years in the Pharma business at Akzo Nobel, and 14 years at Procter & Gamble in Brazil, Panamá, and Colombia, managing manufacturing, logistics, procurement, innovation. Originally from Sao Paulo, Brazil, Douglas holds a bachelor's degree in pharmacy and biochemistry, a post-graduate diploma in operations, an MBA in business administration and management, and a masters degree in logistics.
