Hey Everyone, we went behind the scenes of race day last weekend and chatted to Rene Borg who as well as being Head Coach at Running Coach Ireland is also Race Operations Manager of EcoTrail Wicklow so we´ll get an update on changes to the course this year and also take a behind the scenes look at how a big trail race is put together.
We´ll also take an in dept look an another impressive haul of medals from the Irish masters at the World Masters Mountain Running Championships.
