Show Notes
We all go through tough times in our lives.
But, how can you help someone who is struggling with their mental health?
Breaking the stigma around mental health is an important first step towards ensuring that people can feel safe to speak up and get support—especially in the trades industry.
As part of our ongoing series for Tradies Health Month, we will talk to Brian Efoti, founder of Tradies in Sight, about why support is crucial to tradespeople who are afraid to share their internal and emotional struggles. We will also discuss how sharing our feelings is a way to raise awareness around mental health, the signs of mental distress, coping strategies, and more valuable lessons.
Take part in the discussion and know how you can support and help a family member or a fellow tradie!
