Show Notes

A big problem of entrepreneurs is that they want to be the ones to do everything. While the pursuit of perfection is good, wanting to perfect projects to the point that you have a hard time assigning them to others will most likely do more harm than good. At some point, you must consider loosening the reins and allowing your staff to do the work so you can focus on other areas of your business.

In this week’s podcast episode, Michael and Barry talk about business owners who can’t stop doing all the work themselves. They discuss the downfalls of having a business that is too reliant on you. Barry also explains how your subconscious mind influences your decisions and how mistakes can benefit your growth.
