Secret #1 – Set goals! You never know if you have a good show until you set goals.
Secret #2 –train your team how to work a show
Secret #3 – it’s up to you and your team to engage people
Secret #4 – be sure to take time to get away from your booth. See competitors. Make new contacts. Get ideas. Take pictures. Network.
