We sat down to interview two incredible Hop Farms that we visited when out in Yakima
for Hop Selection, to hear more about the work that goes on in this field.
First up we speak to Jr Loza from Loza Farms, about his family's journey from Mexico to owners of Loza Farms. Then we sit down and hear from Jason & Jeff from Perrault Farms, a truly magnificent facility that has been running since the Perrault family arrived in Yakima in 1902. We also hear about the formation of Yakima Chief and how farmers came together for their industry to survive.
