Central Organisation of Police Specialists (against the) Committed Rough Offenders Obstructing Cops & Society! Set in Empire City; in the year 2020. These toys sporting O'rings & completely unique sculpts. With an overall manufactured run of 29 unique Figures and 9 Futuristic Vehicles; assisted with a 65 episode Cartoon run! Plus a 15 issue Comic-Book run by DC. All these Figures & Vehicles featured a Cap-Firing Action Feature in some way shape or form. With ties not just to G.I Joe, but also maybe Gotham City as well?!? Utilising the amazing collection of ToyFair Catalogues for Colin's Collection - we analyze each year of the Toyline & what was released. We also touch on the Unreleased 3rd Year of Figures - that would have maybe seen 7 New Cops & potentially 5 New Crooks Figures.... Enter in The Clowns as well as The Great Felloni?!?! Then we Transform into an exciting segment; in which Colin promotes his upcoming Panel for TF Nation in UK; which he plans on talking about the first 2 years of Transformers in the Catalogues from different variations around the World!
