Arlan Hamilton is an amazing Black female Venture Capitalist who was homeless not long ago and now has a crowdfunded VC fund that anyone can join (theoretically—right now it’s closed, slots sold out in a day! But I’m hoping it opens back up soon!) But here she talks about going from homeless to VC and how she’s trying to create business opportunities for Black, brown, female and LGBT founders because they are an under utilized resource even though they know how to make a dollar out of 15 cents.
