Kara discusses the deliberate decision to find talented and diverse writers that were not already household names and the themes that permeated many of their essays (such as mom guilt, social media facades, and raising sensitive boys). She also talks about The Bump, the company she founded and sold to The Knot, and shares her best advice for ambitious, entrepreneurial moms.
