Europas neue Kulturhauptstädte – Seit 1985 erklärt die EU Städte zu „Europäischen Kulturhauptstädten“. Sie sollen die kulturelle Vielfalt Europas zeigen. Für 2026 wurden Oulu in Finnland und Trenčín in der Slowakei ausgewählt.
