Dem. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has the idea for a Green New Deal, in the mold of former President Franklin Delano Roosevelt's New Deal, that, in her words, will bring about racial and social justice.
But, as National Review's Jim Geraghty points out, the "deal" cuts military spending in half and might put an end to non-electric cars.
