Sen. Chuck Schumer just gave $3 million to the campaign of Robert Menendez in New Jersey. Tony Katz thinks we should take a long pause while digesting this information: Sen. Schumer had to put $3 million into a senate race in reliable Blue New Jersey, while Red State Democrats in Indiana, Wisconsin and Missouri - all tight races - have to do without.
