Dr. Layne Norton is known across the World as Biolayne. He has a BS in Biochemistry from Eckerd College with honors (>3.5 GPA) in 2004
Ph.D. Nutritional Sciences with honors (>3.5 GPA), University of Illinois 2010. He wrote his Thesis on
Leucine is a critical factor determining protein quantity and quality to initiate muscle protein synthesis. Layne has been published in many scientific publications and has written several books including the Complete Contest Prep Guide and his manifesto on weight loss, Fat Loss Forever.
He not only knows the science but applies it on his own body. He has a resume a mile long of career highlights in both bodybuilding and powerlifting including world records.
