Patrick Newman is an assistant professor of economics at Florida Southern College and a fellow of the Mises Institute. He is the editor of Murray Rothbard's The Progressive Era (2017) and Conceived in Liberty, Volume V: The New Republic, 1784-1791 (2019). He is the author of Cronyism: Liberty versus Power in Early America, 1607-1849 (2021).
