Trump squandered a good part of his first year in office focusing on foreign adventures that made a mockery of DOGE and delivered no benefit to American citizens. But on Thursday, Trump finally delivered a win for his supporters by rescinding an EPA rule designating carbon dioxide a danger to public health and welfare.
