She was an All American Rugby Player at Princeton University, and then played on the US Women's Atlantis 7s Rugby Team. Sara served 4 years in the US Army, served one deployment to Iraq, and is a volunteer firefighter in Long Island, NY. In her "spare" time, Sara founded FitFighter Training, an elite system of strength & conditioning where she trains firefighters, first-responders, and fitness enthusiasts looking to maximize health, fitness, and performance.
