In an effort to fulfill a cannibalistic fantasy, Kevin Ray Underwood lured 10-year-old Jamie Rose Bolin into his apartment and killed her. Racked with guilt, he couldn’t go on with his plan. After his detailed confession, he was subsequently taken into custody.
