Zhou Enlai, the Premier of China, was supposed to be one of the delegates aboard the Kashmir Princess when it flew from Hong Kong to India. But at the last minute, he didn't show up. When the plane crashed in the South China Sea, people wondered if it had been an assassination attempt.
