A soldier is now in the hospital after getting caught up in a fight that broke out at a bar in El Cajon. And in the north county, police are searching for a man who stole some equipment from firefighters. Mari also has the latest on a court ruling about whether or not restaurants and strip clubs should be allowed to fully open during the pandemic.
