Police are ramping up their patrols this evening in an effort to catch those drinking and driving. MTA and the North County Transit District will be offering free rides anytime after 6:00 tonight. UC San Diego researchers and two local clinics are looking for participants to help in a new study for a drug geared toward fighting Alzheimer's disease.
