Shutdown Airport Impacts, Southbound I-5 Closure, New Padres Manager
Hundreds of flights have been canceled and delayed as reductions take effect today at 40 high-traffic airports across the country, including San Diego. All southbound lanes of I-5 from SR-52 to Mission Bay Drive will be closed starting tonight, for construction. The Padres have signed former reliever Craig Stammen to be the new team manager.
