Newly released data shows crime is down in San Diego, as murders are down about 13%, sexual assaults are down 16% and non-deadly shootings down about 12%. The city will unveil updated plans for the Ocean Beach Pier next week. Easter traditions continued throughout San Diego today, including in Mount Helix where a sunrise mass has been held for over 100 years.
