Nurses at Rady Children's Hospital are planning to strike in 10 days. The nurse's union and the hospital have been negotiating a new contract for months, most of the hold up is over pay. A community group is asking city leaders to create a wildlife management plan for the sea lions at the La Jolla Cove. They worry that public access may soon be revoked due to multiple incidents involving people getting too close to the animals. New screening procedures aiming to crackdown on illegal substances will soon be implemented at our local jails,
