A search is underway in Mexico for three men traveling to Baja California for a surf trip. Two of the missing men are from San Diego. Local authorities have made two arrests and seized more than a dozen vehicles in connection with two public street racing events .The San Diego County Board of Supervisors has agreed to explore a partnership with the city of San Diego on an enhanced infrastructure financing district at the Midway Rising Sports Arena site.
