About 8 thousand people are making their way through Mexico right now with hopes of reaching the U.S. border and applying for asylum. Two local organizations say they are planning to file lawsuits over the sewage crisis at San Diego's border with Mexico. Lifeguards are warning San Diegans to exert caution as waves as high as 18 feet could hit our shores this weekend.
