Several Memorial Day Observances will be held today across San Diego county, including a wreath laying ceremony at the USS Midway Museum. Four Months after flooding destroyed homes and forced hundreds of San Diegans from their South Bay homes, a group of homeowners were finally able to move back into their remodeled apartments this weekend. In the North County, one person is dead and another is hospitalized after a fire broke out at a Carlsbad home on Saturday afternoon.
