A large portion of Interstate 8 will reopen tomorrow morning following a weekend-long closure to repair bridges and roads. San Diego gas prices have increased by 5 cents in the past week. Hispanic Heritage Month starts today, and to recognize it's history and culture a new exhibit is opening up right here in San Diego.
